I love Apple as much as anybody, but I have also found that in many stores the customer service could use a lot of help. Usually there is a sense of chaos because there are so many people in the store and there is confusion among some employees. I've run into some Apple Store employees that are just a little too geektified and not exactly very personable. Overall though, I love the stores and have just had a few bad experiences with employees at the Sacramento store.
